3 easy measures of Handling anxiety when approaching women.
1) Take a deep breath. When you're nervous your heartbeat rate goes up therefore you'll start shaking and stuttering. So take 10 deep breaths, go into a deep state of relaxation and mind peace. Finally approach her when you're calm. It's only when you're calm then you can become the best version of yourself when you're with any woman. Be it funny, be it charismatic, be it flirty. All these can be achieved when you're calm.
2) Create a mentality that the girl you want to approach is just like any other girl you've approached before. Visualize that she's not there to turn you down. Even better, the conversation might go so well you'll even forget why you were nervous to meet her.
3) Learn that in approaching women, there shall always be outcomes. Things might go well, or things might go contrary to your expectations. Therefore you need to teach yourself to be okay with these two outcomes so as to be always be ahead in the game. If things go your way, fine. If things don't go your way, treat that as nice experience. At least you faced your fears and approached her. You're now ten times better than you were before you approached her.
